Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted. Guests will be charged if the maximum occupancy for the apartment is exceeded without prior authorisation from the property.
Cleaning, linen and towels are provided free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available for an additional fee.
Early and late check-in can be arranged, subject to availability for an extra charge of GBP 30 between 18:00 and 21:00 and GBP 50 between 21:00 and 23:00.
If you expect to arrive after 23:00 please notify the property prior to arrival. This can be noted in the Special Request box when making your booking.
The property operates a meet and greet check-in policy, so please inform the property of your expected arrival time at least 24-hours prior to arrival. For same day bookings, please inform the property at least 2 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do this may mean having to wait to gain access while a member of staff travels to meet you.
A security deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please inform South Kensington & Chelsea Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. 小腿細恐患肌少症 標準「男>34cm、女>33cm」
不少上了年紀的長者，長長四肢無力、跌倒，可能是「肌少症」問題，過去被認為是自然老化，但2016年被正式認定是「疾病」！研究還發現，50歲以上的男女，若小腿圍分別小於34和33公分，老年得到「肌少症」風險機率更高。
拉開褲管量一量小腿圍粗細，這位年輕哥哥小腿「39」公分，換另一位熟齡大姊小腿圍「31公分」，明顯細了不少這可要注意了！因為小腿太細，恐怕以後老了，得到「肌少症」的機率愈大。
醫師曾崧華：「通常用肌肉質量，通常有的會需要超音波，或是一些X光的儀器測量較麻煩，可是如果我們用小腿圍，自己可以很方便做一個自我篩檢。」
過去得用超音波測量，現在台灣醫學團隊發現，「肌少症」也能自我評估，只要靠一個皮尺，標準是針對50訂房優惠歲以上高齡者，男性不得小於34公分，女性最好也不要低於33公分，如果小腿圍過細，就需要進一步配合握力，和起立坐下來評估「肌力」，而若將肌肉質量，和衰退的速度量化為數折扣飯店字，社區長者大約有，7至10%民眾具有肌少症，國內65歲以上長者，相當於全台有超過，30萬的肌少症長輩。
研究也顯示，年過40肌肉量會以，每10年減少8％的速度流失，70歲後則以每10年，減少15％的速度加速流失。
醫師曾崧華：「測量自己是不是有罹患肌少症，可能就要做一些運動加強運動，或是我們的營養，特別是蛋白質的補充。」
若量了小腿圍，發現有「肌少症」疑慮，醫師建議可以，先做好糖尿病和慢性腎臟病景點酒店管理，以免肌肉量持續流失，至於50歲以下青壯年，雖沒有明確列出小腿圍標準，但醫師也說別過於，追求鳥仔腳求健康就好。
