Luxton Apartmens - Notting Hill has no reception. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival along with the full contact details of the lead guest who will check-in. This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Please note there is a cleaning fee of GBP 30.
No parties are accepted in the apartments and no noise is accepted past 23.00.
Only the number of people stated on the occupancy room type can be accommodated at the booked apartment.
Please note that the card holder of the card used to make the booking must be present for check-in. You are also required to bring photo ID for check-in. If this is not possible, the card holder is required to complete a third party authorisation form prior to check-in.
The property will photocopy your passport upon arrival.
Payment is required via bank transfer prior to arrival. The property will contact you once you have made a booking detailing the payment instructions.
All guests must be of at least 18 years of age. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Luxton Apartments - Notting Hill in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

又是日本世界遺產 白川鄉合掌村驚傳火災
上星期沖繩首里城才遭遇大火，今天(4日)日本另一個世界遺產，白川鄉合掌村又傳出火災，起火點疑似是點燈用的電源設備，只不過一週前，這裡才剛舉辦酒店訂房折扣完秋季例行消防演練，突如其來的大火，嚇壞不少人，目擊民眾紛紛拍下大火燃燒的影像。
目擊民眾：「啊燒起來了，嚴重嗎？完全不能靠近。」
火光中伴隨著大量濃煙，還傳出爆炸聲。
台灣時間4日下午1點40分左右，世界遺產日本白川鄉白川村荻町停車場旁一棟木屋，突然傳出火警。
新聞報導：「火一口氣竄到木屋頂端，其實這個地方，是被登錄為世界遺產的，岐阜縣白川村合掌村週邊。」
大火立刻延燒整棟茅草屋，警消獲報後，迅速趕到現場滅火。
目擊民眾：「剛開始雖然只看到濃煙，但漸漸地出現火焰，四周的人都呆住了，好可怕，剛才看到了大火。」
只不過，上個月2信用卡住宿折扣7日，白川鄉合掌村才剛舉行完例行的消防噴水演練。為了保護日本國寶，白川鄉禁止放煙火，或邊走邊抽菸，還砸2.7億日圓設置59座灑水槍，每年春天和秋天都會舉行消防灑水演習。
白川村消防負責人鈴木翔：「59座灑水槍全部出動，一齊放水30分鐘，目的不是為了滅火，主要是為了防止延燒。」
幸好火勢一小時後就撲滅，沒有延燒到其它建築也無人受傷，消防人員懷疑起火點渡假聖地旅館，是起火木屋旁的停車場車庫，點燈活動會用到的電源設備，原訂4日晚上舉行的合掌村光雕活動，也臨時喊卡。
