Please note the lead guest must be 21 years and older.
Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. If guests are found to violate these rules, they will be evicted without any refunds.
There is a GBP 60 cleaning fee, which is charged during booking.
All bookings are subject to name and address verification; official photo identification, either a drivers licence or passport and proof of address, is to be sent to the booking channel prior to the guest arrival. Please note that this name and address must match the original name and address used to make the booking (If the name and/or address on the booking have/has been modified the property will only accept ID that matches the original name and address but reserve the right to request ID. for the modified name and address in addition). If there are any issues with verification in any way, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking.
There is a security deposit of GBP 250 which can be charged from when the property is booked. The card used to pay for the damage deposit must be the same as the card used to pay for the booking. Before / upon check-in, guests are required to show their official photo identification, such as a drivers' licence or passport, and the card used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the original details provided at the time of booking, and on the credit/debit card provided. If the card used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid photo identification verifying the name and address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment card supplied.
Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter / access the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.

大膽！攤販站車後打掃 賊伸進駕駛座偷錢
狡猾竊賊鎖定菜市場攤販的小貨車，當時攤商忙著打掃、理貨準備收攤，竊賊發現車窗沒關，就伸手行竊偷走一個錢包，裡頭裝了1萬多元現金，當時攤販就站在車後面打掃，竊賊就大膽偷錢包，攤販事後調閱監視器才發現遭竊，報警後把畫面PO網，公佈可惡竊賊影像。
潭子國中前菜市場下午1點多攤販準備收攤，這時一名男子騎機車一路逆向，緊貼著路邊車東張西望，他看到一輛小貨車駕駛座車窗沒關，立刻停下雙腳倒退嚕，把機車喬到小貨車旁，接著他把手伸進車內硬要偷，整個左半身靠在車上，最後得手一個皮夾，立刻催油門加速逃逸。
被偷攤販劉小姐：「我就在車後面而已，很大膽，很可惡，因為那個大家都很辛苦。」
車內的錢包裡面1萬多的預備金都被偷，幸好劉小姐把當天市場的收入和車上錢包分開放，才沒有全部被偷光，當時早市要收攤，店家們都在忙，沒人注意到，竊賊就趁亂下手。
被偷攤販劉小姐：「那我們要整理環境，把環境保持的乾淨，我就一個人在後面掃地，原本想說光天化日，而且那時候還五星級酒店預訂優惠蠻多人的。」
實際到案發的菜市場，很多攤販的小貨車趕著上下貨，為了方便隨時移車，車子發動著車窗沒關，沒想到會成為小偷目標。
其他攤渡假村自助旅行推薦販：「帶在身上啊，都會帶在身上。」
竊賊偷竊逃逸畫自由行便宜面都被監視器拍下，店家報警，立刻以車追人。
狡猾竊賊騎車下手，落跑快，但也留下線索，警方鎖定對象，不讓這名市場小賊，再趁亂偷錢。
蔡賴對決延長賽 民進黨確定初選延後至5/22

總統蔡英文與前行政院長賴清德總統提名之爭，協調期12日將屆，民進黨中執會今天通過「加長初選協調案」，延到立委提名完成後再做民調，蔡賴之爭將進入延長賽。
