Canary wharf Apartments will ask you to provide photographic ID and the card used to make the booking upon check-in. If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded. If you fail to provide photographic ID, Canary wharf Apartments may refuse the entry.
In case of anti-social behaviour, or abuse to the staff, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without refund or redress.
Please note the property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival up to 50% of the total cost. Reservations may be required to pay a deposit of up to GBP 500 which will be refunded up on departure subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
The property has a strict non-party policy.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag, or similar parties.
Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without prior authorisation from the management, guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately and the accommodation cost will not be refunded.
Photo ID in the form of a passport or driving license is required at check-in.
The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Reception closes at 22:00. Late check-in must be requested in advance or then you will be considered a no-show.
Please note that images are for illustrative purposes; the actual apartment may differ slightly from the photos. Please inform Canary Wharf Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

戴口罩遭指港獨被封殺 容祖兒道歉「愛祖國愛港」再惹議
香港歌后容祖兒近日在IG貼出1張戴口罩自拍照被指控是支持港獨，惹預訂民宿優惠怒大陸網友，更傳出她因此在湖南衛視的雙11晚會活動被除名，事發後她昨(5日)在臉書發道歉聲明。
容祖兒日前在IG曬出她長髮半遮眼睛戴著口罩的自特色酒店訂房費用拍照，寫下「只知要飛」4個字，豈料照片卻遭大陸網友群起圍攻，解讀戴口罩是反蒙面，遮眼是挺右眼受傷的示威女子，而粵語「飛」音近似「FREE」(自由)，都與香港局勢相關。該貼文以刪除。
事發後，容祖兒在臉書PO出道歉聲明，表示從沒想到隨性而發的，一句歌詞、一張自拍，竟然會引來這次風波，並為自己的粗心大意道歉。她解釋，當日的PO文只是想表達即將起飛去工作的預訂酒館興奮，非常純粹地和大家分享近況，實屬無心之失。容祖兒強調，「我熱愛祖國，熱愛香港，從不支持港獨，我也一樣毫無疑問地熱愛和平，希望一切盡快恢復平靜。」
不過聲明一出，香港網友對容祖兒相當失望，留言「人不可以為錢出賣良知」、「你因為香港以外的人對你施欲加之罪，就為你沒有犯過得錯道歉，失望！」部分大陸網友也不買單，直呼「雙面人」、「不相信你了」、「洗白也沒用」、「何韻詩至少比你有骨氣」、「說清楚祖國是哪一國」。
另也有粉絲相挺表示，「你很好，你沒有對不起任何人」、「一直都知道你是什麼樣的人，愛你」、「抱抱祖兒，欲加之罪，何患無辭」、「姊好好唱歌就好。」
