Check-in after 19:00 is possible for an additional fee, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. From 19:00 - 21:00 - GBP 30. After 21:00 - GBP 50.
Kindly note the property only accepts credit or debit card, and cannot take payments by cash.
This property requires a minimum of 2 hours’ notice for all reservations.
The property does not charge a check in rescheduling fee, if notified by call or text message at least 1 hour before the check-in time. A charge of GBP 30 rescheduling fee applies in case of late show-up of over 15 minutes without a prior notice. The check-in will be rearranged at the most convenient time.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. Parties are also not accepted under any circumstances.
The accommodation will charge at least GBP 300 breakage and incidentals deposit on the day of booking. This is returned in the next 7 working days after your departure. In some cases arrivals can be charged up to GBP 2000 refundable damage deposit for security reasons.
Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID and the credit card used for the booking. If the guest is not the cardholder then the cardholder must be present upon check-in to provide the card used to make the payment and a photo ID. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Apartment Wharf - Canada Water in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

周末熄燈倒數！ 南門市場祭「感恩優惠」擠滿人
台北市，南門市場，配合改建，即將在週末，吹熄燈號，因此從今天(4日)開始，一連三推薦民宿天，不少攤商都祭出感恩優惠，而周日結束營業之後，也將舉辦惜別晚會，和顧客好好說再見，隨後攤販會暫時搬遷到中繼市場，17日開始試營運。
攤販店員：「來看喔無錫排骨。」
知名攤位前，排滿長長人龍，因為南門市場，配合改建搬遷，周日營業結束之後，就要進行搬遷，暫時和老顧客們說再見，因此，4日在南門市場，除了有顧客，來買食物回味，也有不少人，是特別帶著家人，或是拿著相機，按下快門，記錄下一張張珍貴照片，想要永久留存。
民眾：「回憶這樣，以前常常來，常常帶太太過來買菜。」
民眾：「之後還是大家都會在，只是那個味預訂渡假村道，會有點不太一樣，所以就帶小朋友來，因為我們每年過年，都會來買年貨。」
記者錢麗如：「特別是在今天(10/4)開始，你可以看到有一些優惠，像是這一家的肉乾店，你可以看到就是滿額的話，就可以8折優惠。」
倒數計時，現場攤販，也祭出感恩優惠，回饋這好幾十年，顧客們的支持，像是肉乾攤販，特別祭出滿額8折的優惠，另外也有攤販，祭出全店8折，肉粽買五送一，因為對攤販業者來說，對這個熟悉的市場，同樣很捨不得。
攤販業者：「當然捨不得，我在這邊已經40年了，(希望)搬到那邊生意也會好。」
攤販業者：「2019飯店訂房價格比價(人潮)比平常多一點，大概多了有四分之一吧。」
為了好好和顧客說再見，南門市場在6日晚間7點，也將舉辦惜別晚會，7日開始，搬遷到中繼市場，17日當天，就會在中繼市場，展開試營運，而原本的南門市場，預計將在年底拆除，2023年完成改建後，將會以全新面貌，迎接老顧客回籠。
